Background

This module was created for TPLD's Project-Based Path to Agile Instructional Design: a free, project-based course designed to target the skill gaps between teaching and instructional design through experiential learning. The project is a collaborative effort by over 100 volunteer instructional designers and developers. The content for this module was written by a fellow volunteer. My role was to convert the content into a visually appealing, interactive format consistent with branding guidelines. This particular module focuses on how to  conduct a learner analysis. The process of learner analysis provides answers to important questions that are needed to create a training program.
